Most sites are ready within 48 hours of getting your content and feedback. The real bottleneck is usually how fast you can send us your text and images. Once we have everything, we move fast.

What do I need to provide?

Your text copy, any images you want to use, and your branding if you have it. Logo, colours, fonts. Do not have photos? We can help source stock images. Not sure what to write? We can give you a nudge in the right direction.

What if I hate the design?

Then we fix it. Simple as that. Every plan includes revision rounds. We keep tweaking until you are happy. And if you genuinely are not, we will refund you. No hard feelings.

Will it actually work on phones?

Absolutely. We build mobile first, which is a fancy way of saying your site will look great on a phone, a tablet, a laptop, and a big monitor. We test on all of them before launch.

What happens after the site goes live?

The custom service is us doing everything for you. Design, build, launch. The Starter Kit is a DIY template you customise and deploy yourself. Same modern tech stack underneath. Think of it as a full service restaurant versus a really good recipe.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yep. Start with Starter, move to Business, go all the way to Enterprise whenever you need. We will credit what you have already paid toward the upgrade.

Do I need to sort out hosting?

Enterprise plans include 1 year of hosting. For Starter and Business, we recommend Vercel free tier. It handles most small business sites without breaking a sweat. We will help you get set up.
