2. Our Products
We offer two distinct products:
- Custom Website Service: we build a bespoke website for you. Available in three tiers: Starter (£149), Business (£297), and Enterprise (£497), each with the scope described on our pricing page. All prices are one-time payments.
- Starter Kit: a digital template product (Next.js source code) that you download and use to build your own site. Available as the Kit (£49) or Kit + Setup (£97).
3. Custom Website Service Terms
3.1 Scope of Work
The specific deliverables for your chosen tier are described on our pricing page at www.therevenuepage.com/pricing. By placing an order, you confirm that the scope meets your requirements.
3.2 Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide all required content (text, images, branding) within a reasonable timeframe
- Respond to revision requests and feedback promptly
- Provide access to any third-party services or accounts needed for the build
3.3 Revisions
Starter and Business tiers include up to 3 rounds of revisions. The Enterprise tier includes up to 5 rounds. Additional revisions may be quoted separately.
3.4 Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the start of each project. Delays caused by late content submission, unclear feedback, or third-party services will extend the timeline accordingly.
3.5 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, we assign to you ownership of the final, custom-built website code (the "Deliverable"). We retain all rights to:
- Our underlying framework, components, and libraries
- The Revenue Page brand, logo, and trademarks
- Any third-party code, libraries, or assets used in the build (licensed separately)
4. Starter Kit Terms
4.1 License
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Starter Kit for any number of personal or commercial projects. You may modify the source code as needed.
4.2 Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Kit (or substantial portions of it) as a template, theme, or starter kit
- Claim the Kit as your own original work
- Share the download link or source files with unlicensed users
4.3 Delivery
The Kit is delivered via download link and/or email immediately after payment is confirmed by Stripe. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, contact us at hello@therevenuepage.com.
4.4 Setup Call (Kit + Setup only)
The £97 Kit + Setup tier includes a 1-hour setup call, custom colour/content changes, Google Analytics and Maps integration, and 1 week of email support. The setup call must be booked within 30 days of purchase.
5. Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are one-time payments. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
For the Custom Website Service, full payment is due upfront before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Refunds
6.1 Starter Kit (Digital Product)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. However, by downloading the Kit, you expressly request that performance (the digital download) begins during the cancellation period, and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download is complete.
If you experience technical issues, contact us and we will help resolve them. If the Kit is defective and cannot be remedied, we will provide a replacement or refund.
6.2 Custom Website Service
If we have not yet commenced work on your project, you may cancel your order for a full refund. Once work has begun, all payments are non-refundable as the work is bespoke and cannot be resold.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by the law of England and Wales, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms, the Service, or the Kit is limited to the amount you have paid to us for the relevant product.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
8. No Warranty
The Starter Kit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Custom Website Service will be delivered with reasonable skill and care in accordance with the agreed scope of work.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our products or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
